After frequenting Naples and Marco Island for over 25 years, she has seen growth in the community while it evolves into a residential destination while maintaining its natural beauty.

 

Maureen is an award-winning professional and brings a wealth of knowledge and lifelong sales and management experience to her partnership with Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Village office.

 

A Chicago native, Maureen found her niche in real estate after a career in telecommunications and as the regional sales director of a software development company, parlaying her corporate experience into a thriving real estate business.

 

She is passionate about working with customers one-on-one and helping to find their ultimate dream home. She was a top 1% producer in 2022 for her previous firm and received the Chairman's Platinum Award. The market in Southwest Florida is booming and she loves the experience of navigating a tight market for her clients. Sales has always been a natural fit for her as she loves building relationships and solving problems.

 

Most of her sales career has been involved in growing revenue through solution selling and relationship management. She's had much success in the National Account arena securing multi-million dollar contracts for Fortune 100 companies. Maureen's work ethic and knowledge of the ever-changing market set her apart and her customers trust her business savvy and negotiation skills to bring success to every transaction. She is confident and competitive, making sure her customers feel like a VIP and get exactly what they want at every price point so they can fully enjoy their new home in paradise.

 

Dedicated to philanthropy, Maureen serves on the board for The Shelter and was a past president of the House of Good Shepard in Chicago - an organization supporting victims of domestic violence.

 

Outside of work, Maureen is a mom to three grown children with a new granddaughter. She loves to travel, ski, and cheer on the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears. An avid tennis player and runner, she has participated in six marathons, including the Boston Marathon, and completed a half Iron Man and countless triathlon
