After frequenting Naples and Marco Island for over 25 years, she has watched both communities grow into sought-after residential destinations while maintaining their natural beauty. For the past nine years, she has put that knowledge to work for buyers and sellers across Southwest Florida.

Maureen is an award-winning professional. She has ranked among the top 1% of producers every year from 2022 through 2025, is a three-time Sotheby's International Realty 1744 Award winner (2023, 2024, and 2025), and received the Chairman's Platinum Award. She brings a wealth of knowledge and lifelong sales and management experience to her partnership with Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Village office.

A Chicago native, Maureen found her niche in real estate after a career in telecommunications and as regional sales director of a software development company, parlaying her corporate experience into a thriving real estate business. Most of her career has centered on growing revenue through solution selling and relationship management, including securing multi-million dollar contracts for Fortune 100 companies in the National Account arena. Sales has always been a natural fit because she loves building relationships and solving problems.

That experience shows in how she works. Maureen is passionate about working one-on-one with customers to find their ultimate dream home, and she relishes the challenge of guiding clients through Southwest Florida's tight, fast-moving market. Her work ethic, market knowledge, and negotiation skills set her apart, and clients trust her business savvy to bring success to every transaction. Dedicated to philanthropy, Maureen serves on the board of The Shelter and is a past president of the House of the Good Shepherd in Chicago, an organization supporting victims of domestic violence.

Outside of work, Maureen is a mom to three grown children and a proud grandmother of two girls. She loves to travel, ski, and cheer on the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears. An avid tennis player and runner, she has completed six marathons, including the Boston Marathon, a half Ironman, and countless triathlons
